What are the nature of Molecule Man's powers in Ultimates is it still molecule manipulation or is it full reality warping and does he have the same 4D limitations as the Beyonders, also is he omniscient and omnipresent?

He has demonstrated full multiversal reality warping, by recreating the multiverse, and possibly keeping it in a box. In other stories, the Marvel multiverse has been defined as infinite-dimensional.
I strongly doubt that he is omniscient or omnipresent however.
