It sounds funny to me how with a few feats we went from 6-C to High 6-A
and the MP100 verse regained their MHS+ speed

Reigen considers Serizawa the second most powerful person he can turn to, so I guess so.
We already have the old WC calculation ready with the tornado that Mob used to attack Ritsu. The Teruks scale up to that and both get 8-B.
Or you can calculate the strength of an anime tornado. It reaches thunderclouds and therefore has a height of 4 km. From the height you can scale the thickness and use the speed of the fastest tornado to find the KE. My rough estimate is about 18 kilotons, or 7-C.
However, calculate it for yourself, I'm tired

I believe they are rather equal, because 5 Exatons is not Orochi's attack, but her foreshadowing.
The Psyrochi wanted to defeat the Bald Man, knowing that the Gaia Cannon didn't work on him.
Well, Psyrochi would be an easy target for Tatsumaki, if not for hax with spears and other people in the city

Tatsumaki upscales HARD from the 5 exatons value, she one shot Psykorochi when serious and Psykorochi thought she could beat Saitama who previously casually overpowered the Gaia Cannon (where the 5 Exatons value comes from) and one punched Orochi.
