We usually consider word of god nly worth a "possibly" rating, like MCU strange or Rick Sancehz. So Celestia, Luna, Discord, etc. should be "possibly 4-C via specific hax" since the confirmation that the star is star sized is from word of god.

Well, MCU Strange was more of an ambivalent case. The magicians did not consider Ultron as a threat, but that may have been due to hax, rather than raw power.
