So. Miyagi is looking at least a Street level+ to Wall level buff. One comes from this clip here where the guy smashes through two windshields. And breaking a windshield is Street+ which Miyagi dominates this guy. There's in the third movie as well where Miyagi shatters a giant glass panel much bigger than it. (Iirc. The results of it got wall when calced). So a Street level+ at least. And probably wall considering Miyagi dominates every who fought him. The wall calc is waiting for evaluation for wall, but do to its size, at least supports Street level+
