Mitsuru Kirijo vs Rama (an sexy icy executioner fight an young hot-headed ancient india heroes)

So... isn't this just a battle of whoever hits first wins now then? She could get one shotted by Trishula since, if I scale it to Ea one shotting Iskandar, it'll be a similar, if not easier feat to perform. An EX ranked Noble Phantasm like Trishula, made from the sun itself, should be able to cleave through Mitsuru like butter if it lands since she's weak to fire attacks. Also for reference, what's the range of Megidolaon and can it inflict self harm if she's caught in the blast?
