Water creation feats are no longer calcable, so Ladybug's Miraculous Ladybug should be downgraded to 7-A virtue of reversing Stormy Weather's feat of freezing France.

I re-calculated the feat and it turned out to be 2.36 Megatons, which is Low 7-B
