Yes it would be correct, the zenkai boost affect Base Goku as well.

You also forgot to add the 20x increase since Post UIO2 SSjB Goku surpassed Pre UIO2 SSjB KKx20 Goku.

We know that ssj1 gives a 50x boost, then in order not to high ball or low ball, we could make ssj3 and three give 2x times boost or just 1.5x boost. And SSG would give about 5xtimes boost or 10xtimes boost. Because I think it's unfair to discard all those multipliers.

Sorry to tell you, but only the Kaioken and SSj1's multipliers are accepted and nothing else.

The only other multiplier that could be potentially allowed is the SSjB, but i don't think it will happen anytime soon.

Yes sadly I know, and I personally think it's ridiculous, instead of discarding them, which the show clearly establish them. Why not just give them the most conservative boost, without going too flashy or highballing them, and we don't discard them and end up low balling the verse. But sadly it won't get excepted.

Not only are those multipliers most likely WAYYYYY off, we can't make stuff up.
Like you want us to not use the official multipliers, and you don't want to classify them unreliable. But make up completely new ones? Ok........ you do that.

I mean yeh it sounded ridiculous , but I just don't understand why can't we use a low balled version for some of them. Yeh it's not the best solution. But as you said we are just going against the source material. Just like how we dish the multipliers. Sadly the show is...inconsistent in terms of multipliers sadly.
