I CAN ALSO SEE THAT THERE ARE INFINITE ALTERNATE VERSIONS OF ME IN INFINITE ALTERNATE DIMENSIONS ANSWERING YOUR QUESTION WITH INFINITE VARIATION! ONE OF THEM ANSWERED BY VOMITING A STREAM OF BLOOD AND PRIME NUMBERS OUT OF HIS THIRD MOUTH!"

This can also be used as a further justification for his Precognition.

Yeah this is not type 3 acausality.

These are just alternate versions of Bill in different universes, they don't share the same consciousness or anything like that. Also if Bill had type 3 acausality then another version of Bill would've popped out after he got erased by the memory gun, but that clearly didn't happen.
