Also, using you sight to see invisible things is usually ES, since you're still using one of the standard senses.
 
These look good, but I'm on iffy on the second scan, since the character on the right contradicts Batman.

Also, why do the writers have such a knack for Batman smelling things?
 
Right, reading it in that way makes sense.

Well then, that should work as ESP for sensing magic, unless Batman had other ways to recognize the eartquake as a magical one.
 
Looks more like a knowledge thing, like he can sense minute things about the earthquake to classify it as a magic one

So 2 of you agree with replacing enhanced senses with the justifications I've given?
