Simply put, Naga and Mila should have a Resistance to Power Nullification as Duma was unable to defeat either of them, losing outright to the former and stalemating the latter

In Naga's case, the Valentian Falchion already has a Resistance to Power Nullification for fighting Duma through Oculus, which is just one of Naga's fangs
