I have some more major Mega Man Revisions, but those will have to wait for a bit as I want to make new revisions and they may take awhile.
First of all, Bass.EXE has some missing abilities such as Matter Manipulation, Resistances to Time Manipulation and Sealing, and Astral Projection.
Now, we got another revision for Dr. Wily. This calculation was accepted, and as such, Dr. Wily's durability would scale to this since he was caught up in the middle of the explosion. As a result, Pre-Stardroid Invasion Robot Masters should jump from 7-A to High 6-C, unless anyone has any objections.
And that's pretty much it. Nothing more for this CRT.

- Matter Manipulation will be via this.
- The Resistances will be via Bass.EXE literally catching Hub's GigaFreeze, a move that puts programs in stasis for all eternity and not being affected by it.
- Astral Projection comes from ejecting from Dark Mega Man to block an attack and protect Hub from said attack. Here are scans for proof.
- Bass should get Low-Godly regeneration and Type 3 & 7 Immortalities for being able to come back from being deleted as a 'soul'. In the next volume after he escapes Dark Mega Man, he is seen with his physical body (turn to next page). There is precedent for this level of Regeneration as Hub came back from deletion as shown in these two videos.
