As an aside, I feel like Kisuke's AA key is unnecessary, afaik he doesn't really train during the present of the story. His showings against Yammy is quite literally him goofing around, same with Luppi, he even scraps with Wonderweiss too. Ulquiorra's "you can't beat me" statement in context just means that Kisuke can't win while having to protect like 4 injured comrades. It always felt weird to give Kisuke an AA and FKT key, it isn't that massive of a deal, just something that popped in my head.

As an aside, I feel like Kisuke's AA key is unnecessary, afaik he doesn't really train during the present of the story. His showings against Yammy is quite literally him goofing around, same with Luppi, he even scraps with Wonderweiss too. Ulquiorra's "you can't beat me" statement in context just means that Kisuke can't win while having to protect like 4 injured comrades. It always felt weird to give Kisuke an AA and FKT key, it isn't that massive of a deal, just something that popped in my head.

I'm going to start upgrading the profiles since this is just the accepted scaling, I didn't change anything, if any wants to help that'd be great. Key reminder don't forget striking strength is just their base AP in whatever key they're in, aka don't give some "Country Class with Gran Rey Cero", GRC is not a punch or kick lmao.

On that note, does it make a lot of sense of Aizen's striking strength to be scaling off of the Gran Rey Cero?

Aizen's abilities being superior to the Espada could very well mean that his max Attack Potency is superior to the Espada's max Attack Potency which I get, but that doesn't necessarily mean his Striking Strength > their max Attack Potency.

I'm aware that there's probably other justifications to put Aizen at Multi-Continental but I don't think that just "Superior to the Espada" should apply for that part of it.
 
We already scale Aizen above the amped attacks of the Espada. Plus this isn't the thread to discuss scaling changes, this is just an update of our current ratings.

Keep in mind Baraggan wanted to kill Aizen but wasn't strong enough to do so. Directly implying that Aizen scales above anything Baraggan can do, by extension supporting the interpretation that, as Gin said, Aizen is above all the Espada.

Additionally, Aizen only being damaged by a surprise attack from Striped Mask Ichigo, and scaling in that area already puts him above the Espada's GRC anyhow.

That can also be because Aizen has him under a "lolnope" illusion hax at any time from the moment he met him.

Both that, and Aizen unable to be killed by Barragan, doesn't have much to do with his physical strength surpassing the Gran Rey Cero which I was getting at.

But fair, I'll address any scaling points in a different place.

imo just use Gin, he said that if it was only for KS those Espadas would die rather than obeying him, but they chose to do so simply because he has no equal, while Aizen was fighting seriously which imply that this Aizen is above them all

That's not really my point. I wasn't addressing his overall Attack Potency, but his Striking Strength.
 
Aizen doesn’t really have any attacks that vary in AP tho? All of his stuff would just scale to being the same level with maybe a x3 gap between his strongest and weakest attacks based on his Hado 90 statement back on Sokyoku Hill.
 
Don’t soul reapers striking strength and ap correlate to one another ? Especially Aizen who generally fights with striking
 
Can somebody write an easy to understand explanation of the discussion and conclusions here so far, along with which staff members that agree with what please?

Did you intentionally leave Nel’s durability like this instead of scaling it to her AP?

Just curious, why does Unohana only scale to H6B+, which is Unohana is one of the strongest Shinigami? while Gin and Komamura are at 6A to H6A

The reasoning is right there. Unohana’s best and only feat is killing a bunch of Kenpachi but not the base who fights Gremmy. Sajin goes and fights people who keep getting multipliers slapped on them so he is able to get to that level unlike Unohana and nothing would place her above Gin who can bop the same Masked Ichigo that harms Aizen of all people.
