We have DMC4 Dante at At least High 6-A. DMC2 Dante should be superior to him. Shouldn't we put him at At least High 6-A, likely/possibly higher instead of just At least High 6-A

No, because the extent to which DMC2Dante is above DMC4 one is unknown. And the gap between a low-end and a high-end of High 6-A is large, so "likely higher" is a stretch, which is why god-tiers are only "At least High 6-A" via scaling from Abigail.
