Minor cubone and dialga revision

I was watching the new china (I think) pokemon mini episode titled a ripple n see on YouTube, in the episode, first major feat I noticed was cubone creating a sandstorm of this size

And dialga who appeared to blow out a huge chunk of the moon, I'm assuming he did that, then roared and affected the entire city ash was in.

Cubone's feat might be interesting to calculate.

Dialga is tier 2 so it won't need changes.

Also normal members can't tag anyway, you gotta call them on their walls on the profiles.
 
I need an episode number for the sandstorm cause we need to find out the size of the stadium to use it

also, it could be a notable precision feat for dialga but it isn't really anything out of the ordinary.
 
I wanna say, pretty sure that isn't the actual moon, it looks to be an indoor garden. As in, that's just a prop.
Doubly so when it's shown to be daylight five seconds prior, and daylight five seconds after.

Not like it matters anyway.
 
RKE might pump up the Cubone feat a bit, would still only be like 9-A though, maybe 9-A+.

Neither of these feats are impressive by either of these Pokémon's standards, so there's really no need to make revisions.

The only thing that might be of value is the demonstration of Dialga's control over its power. Might be able to add that to its intelligence?

Or just in the respect thread.
