Actually, higher dimensional characters should be resistant to lower dimensional characters hax, but there are many cases of Higher dimensional characters being affected by hax of lower dimensional characters. It just means that the LDCs can affect HDCs

If that character is just omnipresence then no, it is 3D mind hax, just has 2-A range. Omnipresence doesn't always mean higher D, you could be 3D but still omnipresence

That is true, but he clearly said "4D" and "infinite universes"(2A) which logically means that said character was omnipresent in a Multiverse. It's most likely said character merged with the multiverse.
