Mind Control vs Mind Control and Stuff

This has been something I wondered about for a while. Assuming a character that does not act out of their own volition but has their actions controlled by another character like a puppet via Mind Manip, how would Mind Control against them go?

Would the mind user actually have to get through the hax currently in effect to "steal" the puppet or whatever else...?

Let's say the mind controller who is controlling first as Puppeter A.

The one who tried to mind control the puppet we'll called Puppeter B.

Now if A is stronger than B, B's mind control won't work, but if B is stronger, than the puppet will be taken away.

Also, I'm interested in that picture. Is it an anime? What's the title?

Yeah, basically what was already said, if Puppeter B has more mental power, he could steal the puppet.

Also pretty much on the extent of who controls who. Unless certain circumstances prevent Puppeteer B., For example, they control any minds, but if the person is simply like a doll or has no mind to be manipulated then the puppet might not be even affected.
