Midnighter vs Batman (Post-Flashpoint)

In light of this here loophole, I'm bumping this.
I'm pretty sure Midnighter kills Bats thanks to his senses, regen, pain tolerance and precognition. The regen is a minor factor, but the rest most certainly is not.
His senses: He can sense heartbeats. That alone means stealth is out of the window.
Pain tolerance: He was unhindered by having a massive hole in his chest, and stayed awake while he underwent surgery on it. Without even flinching from it.
Precognition: This is probably the largest factor. The dude's precog is nuts. He's going to know just about everything that could possibly happen in the fight, all before Batman can so much as make a move against him. Batman has no counter for it at all.
Beyond that, Midnighter just seems like he has better showings. I know Post-Flashpoint Bats has those feats of punching down a prison door, surviving a tank shell and withstanding a school explosion, but Midnighter dropkicked a tank shell hard enough to return it to its sender, and surviving explosions is the kind of thing he does on the regular.

Wasn't that just Midnighter jobbing the way a number of notable people who fight Grayson do?
Actually, Midnighter started jobbing a lot after a while anyway, especially post-N52. He's sort of like Deathstroke in that regard.
Either way, I wouldn't really use that as a basis here. That's the exact kind of PIS we usually throw in the trash during these fights.
