Michelangelo (2003) vs Papyrus

In Base, Michelangelo is only Small Town Level and only Supersonic to Hypersonic at best. Papyrus is Small Town Level at bare minimum, winning the favor of numerous Town Level characters... and he's MHS+ at bare minimum. He also actually has the experience advantage, as he's trained extensively with Undyne, who herself was trained by Asgore until she could actually damage him, meanwhile Asgore has been training for millennia. Basically Papyrus has several millennia of training to help him out. And he went on to train Alphys. In short, Papyrus actually stomps.
