Ok, what? Deoxys was winning in the majority of the fight. That's downplay if your saying base Rayquaza and Deoxys don't scale.

More so saying Deoxys is a glass cannon in some forms considering it csn be vaporized rather easily, obviously Ap scales considering Psycho Boost put base ray into the ground and the other one had to intervene to stop it from critically injuring Ray.

Still no. It hurt Rayquaza with physical attacks, so Newton's Law is intact. And it's inane to say that Deoxys can't take its own attacks without proof saying otherwise.

Sneak Attacks do that a lot in fiction. Look at Goku vs Cell.

So what about the other times he was vaped by a hyper beam? It wasnt a one time thing. And once again DBZ isnt the best example in where Cell wasnt at his peak and wasnt at his max and it was point blank, now im sure youre gonna say this was also point blank and youd have a solid point, if it wasnt for the fact he was hit by other hyper beams that werent point blank and werent a suprise attack and was still vaped.

It was shown, multiple times, that every form besides defense gets vaped by Ray's hyper beam, sneak attack or otherwise.

Cell was supressed against Goku since Vegeta said that Cell was two steps ahead of him and that was before he powered up to his max against Gohan and even became buff to do something.

That buff state is him in an ultra state, while his raw power increases it's not his preferred best. He was still holding back against Goku though.
