I'm pretty sure that's just a Raiden W since he's literally just as if not more skilled than MGS1 Snake alongside knowing everything he can do as he literally lived through those events through the training sims.

Personally I'd say Raiden takes that one. Even prior to Big Shell (based on his experience as a child solider along with the VR training we know he received, out of the 300 of which includes Shadow Moses and Tanker), Raiden's skill should have been greater than MGS1 Snake's, or equal at the bare minimum. Along with that, Raiden should scale higher than MGS1 Snake, since Raiden could defeat Vamp (who could harm MGS2 Snake), and outmatched Solidus, who possessed Big Boss' balanced dominant and recessive genes (in other words, MGS1 Solid Snake and Liquid Snake's genes) while also being powered by an exoskeleton

Erm, actually, in PW, Big Boss uses his LS to pry open a locked shuttle door on his way to PW's hangargameplay snake when he is faced off against a locked door (he doesn't use his class m ls to open it)
