High 7C is based off him being immensely superior to a couple 7Cs that are slightly above Baseline

Is there a better justification or fear somewhere? Because his profile tells me it's a higher end of 7C.

Just noticed, apparently Netero has his own 7-C(?) calc.

It's more than likely that all of the Royal Guards were scaled upwards of Netero and that whoever updated Youpi's page forgot to change the justifications.
