From what I could find meliodas is roughly 3.2 gigatons in ap and has speed that drastically upscales from mach 2608. Nagato scales above six tails v2 naruto who is 2.4 gigatons although nagato can reach 15 gigatons via chibaku tensei oh and his speed is above mach 2986.

I go with Meliodas, once he realises Nagato's regen, he would opt to Soul Hax. Remember guys, SBA, Meliodas has never been against someone with better regen than Ban's, and you know, if nothing he has works against his opponent, is logical to assume that he will go for the last option.
