going by the story that is more than enough to KO a person in mere seconds even outright kill them
the only people who have been there and survived are skilled magician who knows magic to protect themselves from the environment
Son of the demon king who is unaffected by purgatory and Ban who is basically immortal and will always regenerate his body back.

if demon mark is allowed I'm voting Meliodas.

incap might be the victory but Beedrill is not aware of his resurrection so a chance of killing him is possible with AP gap unless meliodas goes demon mark early and meliodas going to Resu and having more information would definitely plan out a way to take him out and avoid. although 5x ap gap is something demon mark amp would deal with no problem
idk why are we talking about poison layers when we rate the potency of the poison depending on its effect. someone who resist poison that can outright kill or destroy the entire body should have no problem resisting poison that has weaker potency and only incap.
There is also his soul manipulation if he somehow went berserk with the demon mark which beedril doesn't resist.
