Anyways, they have just announced that Mega will get two new powers:
Speed Gear and Power Gear.

Speed gear increases megaman´s speed to the point it seems time has slowed down for him.

and Power Gear lets him overcharge all of his weapons (Like X)

By scaling, maybe a "Higher with Power Gear" for his AP and a Higher with Speed gear for his Speed.

When combined, he gets the "Double Gear" which allows him to use the Final Charged Shot, which is way stronger than the regular charged shot.

I don't think we should add stuff until the game comes out. That would be like us upgrading a DBS character based on the next episode preview

I agree with the pictures, just not the abilities update. EDIT: I also think that the first picture is better

Agreed. The Smash picture just seems bland to me with Mega Man doing a very stiff pose, but the one on the very left is just amazing with him doing a heroic and badass pose.
