So, basically, I thought this was a good match. Speed is equalized, and it's all on one. The Ginyu force are in character, and Mega Man is trying to put them down. Canon form Mega in round 1, but full Mega in round 2.

I'm assuming in-character, so as long as Mega takes out Guldo first, he really should not have a problem with the rest of them due to various hax. However, with speed equalized, he's lost his main advantage, so it won't be an easy fight.

Mega Man due to hax. Guldo's time stop is useless because Mega Man has a better one and the other Ginyu's can't attack during the stop.

Mega man With medium difficulty. He has the variety to deal with them, but there is a risk of getting caught in a time stop or (deabatably) a body switch (no idea if that would actually work). Like I said though, I find both those scenarios unlikely compared to everything he brings to the table, including his own time stopping powers.
