Could someone please explain to me why he is sitting on 2-C? Because this statement "Defeated Gospel, whose existence began to warp and merge the Cyber World and the Real World together" is false. The warping of reality happened due to extreme EM radiation, before Gospel even existed.


And none of his other feats in the games suggest he is higher than galaxy tier (biggest feat is sealing Nebula Gray and the Dark Galaxy).


Are there other feats I'm not aware of? The only game I didn't play is real operation 4.5, so I'm a little confused.

Admittedly, the only thing that seems to be merged is Kotobuki Town, everything else, but Megaman does say it's warping and merging their worlds together here.

And it is explicitly the radiation that is doing the fusing, which does come into play before the SuperNavi is created, but it disappears after it's defeated.

I'm thinking the 2-C rating still works, since Gospel is stated to be the "Radiation Program", and defeating him causes the merging progress to stop.
