Rock and Bass are missing Energy Manipulation

Blues should get Transmutation via Concrete Shot, Forcefield Creation and Attack Reflection via Jewel Satellite, and Homing Attack via Hornet Chaser https://megaman.fandom.com/wiki/Concrete_Shot https://megaman.fandom.com/wiki/Jewel_Satellite https://megaman.fandom.com/wiki/Hornet_Chaser

Bass and Blues should get Explosion Manipulation via Commando Bomb: https://megaman.fandom.com/wiki/Commando_Bomb

Bass should get Electricity Manipulation via Thunder Wool, Duplication via Copy Vision, and Explosion Manipulation via Remote Mine https://megaman.fandom.com/wiki/Thunder_Wool https://megaman.fandom.com/wiki/Copy_Vision https://megaman.fandom.com/wiki/Remote_Mine

All three should get Weapon Creation since they can materialize materials required for the use of their Special Weapons

Wait, where did the "Temporary Petrification" come from in Mega Man's Powers and Abilities? Is it referring to the Concrete Shot turning things into concrete or?

Super duper Necro but it’ll save me some time. Did this ever get applied? Because last time I checked, Blues and Bass were still missing MM10 powers and the former was still using MM9 powers.

I think it hasn't yet. There's another Megaman CRT going on that starts by cleaning up the misinformation on the profiles. Should this be brought up over there?
