Where does it come from? I looked at his wiki and all the ice based weapons, but I can't find any that state they use absolute zero

Mega Man absolute zero

Absolute Zero stems from both Ice Man and Cold Man.
Ice Ma 's Ice Slasher (which you can find in the same wiki on his bio) is described as an ice weapon that's "200 degrees below zero." Mega Man was able to withstand these attacks and defeat Ice Man, copying his weapon in the process.
Additionally, Cold Ma is just blatantly absolute zero with his profile stating, "His internal temperature is -273.15 degrees." It's even more convincing since he was created to preserve prehistoric DNA from dinosaurs. He uses his body temperature to create the Ice Walls Mega Man gets attacked with and later copies from defeating the Robot Master.
Other ice weapons should be comparable (since the first ever ice Robot Master is absolute zero, why wouldn't the other ice bots follow). For example, Freeze Man's Freeze Cracker is can ice weapon that can freeze magma solid ingame. Keep in mind though, Mega Man gets attacked with fires hotter than the Earth's core and shrugs it off, but gets killed by said magma. Freeze Cracker can freeze that magma solid and leave it crumbling away like dust, showing it potency.

200 degrees below zero would probably not be absolute zero.
