Actually, this looks interesting.

I don't think Irene has any counter for Medusa's petrifying gaze, and Medusa can call up monsters from the Underworld to skew the battle in her favor. As a result, I'm leaning towards the snake goddess.

Well if Irene gets to use Deus Sema along with her other tricks, Irene could win.

It could go either way, They r both godlike even tho Medusa is an actual goddess. But Irene has very impressive feats and is immune to magic. Her knowledge over magic is vast and can make her own army and grant S-class power.
