Medaka Kurokami Vs 666:Satan

I'm assuming speed is equalised, as otherwise this is a speedblitz. As it is, it's still a massive stomp. Satan can copy any ability by seeing it or reading minds, so he has all of Medaka's abilities. An anything Medaka can do, Satan can do better.
The End lets Medaka use copied abilities at 120% of their capability? Satan's copying lets him use them at 2,096,074,500,000,000% of their capability (Jin Mori's 100 clones vs Satan's 209,607,450,000,000,000 clones)
Satan can't be sealed, so bye bye Book Maker. Only thing I'd worry about is Medaka All Fictioning him, but I highly doubt she'll go for that first given her personality, while Satan is a bit of a sore loser and would probably use improved All Fiction the moment a mere human lands a hit on him.
