With a guidebook also stating that he was threatening the fabric of time and could cause irreparable harm. This also states that the Time Stone grants complete control over time and that reckless manipulation of the time continuum could result in disaster.

Therefore the Eye of Agamotto should have Universal+ AP and range as reckless manipulation of the Time Stone can break the space-time continuum and cause irreparable harm, in addition to grant complete control over time. And its users (Doctor Strange, Ancient One and Thanos) would have Low 2-C Environmental Destruction

The Time Stone should also have Spatial Manipulation and Dimensional Travel since Kaecilius also stated that it can cause unstable dimensional openings and spatial paradoxes.

Time Stone doesn't have universal AP. It has universal Environmental Destruction since the damage to the timestream isn't an instant thing and relies on causing paradoxes.

The Time Stone should also have Spatial Manipulation and Dimensional Travel since Kaecilius also stated that it can cause unstable dimensional openings and spatial paradoxes.

I doesn't have either of those powers because its a cause -> effect thing, not an action -> effect thing

Temporal manipulations can create branches in time. Unstable dimensional openings. Spatial paradoxes! Time loops! You wanna get stuck reliving the same moment over and over forever... or never having existed at all?

They create branches in time, which then causes dimensional openings, paradoxes and time loops. But that is a biproduct of the stone damaging reality with improper usage, not a direct action of the stone itself.

ED is only for AP, not for abilities. The most you'd do here is just under Time Manipulation you mention these are possible side effects of misuse.
