Ah, that one

The screenplay states that the "Total Planetary Destruction" occured because Surtur touched the crystalline base of Asgard, so I don't think he scales to the feat

Also, Qawsed brought up that Asgard isn't very relatively big and its size has been calculated to nowhere near Earth's
What about the mass? Why does the size matter?

So, the last episode of “What If?” Season 2 is “What if Strange Supreme intervened?”. Based on what we know, this is “Possibly” the Episode where Sutur is fighting the Avengers on Earth.

If Surtur is a threat where even Strange Supreme has to intervene, is that just a “What If?” Key for Surtur, or does it scale to Sacred Timeline Surtur?

No way in hell is Surtur having any sort of scaling to a guy who is in the same scaling chain as a 5-D being who exists beyond an infinite amount of Low 1-C universes

Well a few notes:
  • We have no idea if Surtur is base Surtur or some amped version
  • We don't scale what if people to canon people without strong evidence they're identical like with Doctor Strange.
  • Strange Supreme might have to follow some rules that involves holding back like with the Watcher for most of his appearances
In either fashion we wouldn't make Prime Surtur Low 1-C.

If you're being literal, how does one crush a planet without being planetary size? You can't. Which is why I said it doesn't seem like a Tier 5 statement.
Well, regardless of size, it's possible for character to generate a shockwave that's impressive enough to flatten, crush, or shatter a planet. Though, the other points about some possible vagueness might be valid to I'm okay with not using that statement.

But the Tesseract scaling is fine however.
