Part of this additions. Another part is clean-up. Let's take a look:
Intelligence
Intelligence: Genius (Created his web-shooters under a very limited budget. Created a more potent version of the suit provided to him by Tony Stark. Figured out a way to defeat Mysterio in the short timespan of a jet flight from the Netherlands to London. Shown to be multilingual. Identified the material of Falcon's wings and how they worked by simply glancing at them. Built a makeshift bomb with a downed EDITH drone in the middle of combat. Should be at least as smart as, if not smarter than Ned Leeds, who could hack into the Stark Suit. Broke out of the Damage Control Deep Storage Vault with some assistance from Karen and a calculator, which was said to be "the most secure facility on the Eastern Seaboard". Understood the theoretical mechanics of the multiverse. Easily defeated the Winter Soldier and Falcon at the same time, with Iron Man personally commentating that his combat display in Berlin proved he had potential and was "the real deal". Tony considered Peter to be a candidate for MIT, which is a research university specialized in applied science and engineering where some of the brightest technological minds have worked)
Small side note. I know that not everybody thinks Spider-Man beating Falcon and Winter Soldier is a viable skill feat, but given Bucky says this after Redwing dragged Peter away, it's pretty much stated the two were struggling against him. I've also covered in a past accepted revision thread that Peter was holding back against Vulture, so that shouldn't be used as an anti-feat. This also still stays consistent with Iron Man claiming Cap could significantly outskill Spider-Man should he choose to in battle, given that Steve (holding back) could defeat Bucky.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Multilingualism (Understands Spanish, Czech, and Italian aside from his native language of English), Genius Intelligence, Martial Arts, Acrobatics (Has consistently shown expertise and mastery in acrobatics and inhuman mobility), Stealth Mastery (Stayed undetected while in the same room where Herman Schultz and one of Toomes' men were investigating, sticking to the bottom of a table and being able to shoot a Spider-Tracer onto the former. Went unnoticed by several criminals when sneaking onto a Ferry, allowing him to interfere with weapons deal. Along with Iron Man and the Guardians of the Galaxy, successfully remained undetected during the arrival of Thanos, who can fight while temporality blinded), Precognition (Detected Bucky throwing a billboard at him from behind. Dodged Shocker's punch from behind him effortlessly. Sensed the arrival of a Q-Ship as well as its harmful intent. Picked up on the Guardians of the Galaxy's ambush significantly before it happened. Was warned of his oncoming death by Thanos' snap. Even when his senses were briefly less potent, he detected Beck's presence. Able to avoid gunfire from numerous drones firing at him from different directions all at once while having all his other senses overwhelmed by the drones' advanced holographic technology. Easily intercepted the final sneak attack of Mysterio), Enhanced Senses (All of Peter's senses were dialled up upon receiving his powers, such as allowing him to see through lenses that would be too dark for a normal human to see through and subduing opponents from a distance without the need to look. Tony Stark claimed that Peter has night vision), Surface Scaling (Aside from his standard usage of wall-crawling, Spider-Man's adhesivity can be utilized in combat as well. It's strength can work against momentum to his advantage and can run up surfaces with ease), Regeneration (Low; On the day following the night he apprehended Vulture, Peter had healed from his scars. Had completely recovered from his injuries earned from both Mysterio encounters over the course of his flight back to New York from London), Web Creation (Via Web-Shooters), Preparation (With enough time, he can create and customize his own suits), Hacking and Technological Manipulation (Hacked his way out of the Damage Control Deep Storage Vault. With the EDITH glasses, which were shown to tamper with phones and delete pictures), Information Analysis (With EDITH), Summoning (With EDITH, he can summon numerous Stark Drones to aid him in combat), Resistance to Illusion Creation (His Spider-Sense can guide him through illusions and allow him to overcome them)
Tech Suits
All previous abilities, Electricity Manipulation (With taser webs, can course electricity through his web lines. His Bosco Suit increased the potency of the taser webs' output), Information Analysis (Karen can show Peter the strongest points of buildings and vehicles as well as its structural damage along with updates. She can also inform him on his current location. Spider-Man's Reconnaissance Drone can locate optimal entry points and scan for specific vehicles), Enhanced Senses (Can use infrared vision and hear through walls from a further distance), Vacuum Seal for his suit (Can enlarge his suit), Gliding (Can sprout "web wings" from his armpits which enable him to glide in the air. In the Bosco Suit, Spider-Man has shown enough proficiency to get the most mileage out of his gliding), Heater (His suit contains a built in heater to instantly heat up Peter should he become cold or wet, capable of drying him completely when drenched), Voice Alteration, Resistance to Fire Manipulation with the Bosco Suit (Could continue fighting unfazed while on fire)
Iron Spider
All previous abilities enhanced, Self-Sustenance (Type 1), Suit Materialization, Regeneration (Low-Mid; His nanosuit will reactively heal minor damage to its structural integrity. Should be comparable in its regenerative capabilities to Iron Man's Mark 50)
Another note. Apparently the director's commentary of Infinity War had the Russo Brothers claim that Peter built his nanotech webshooters that he can use suitless, but I can't find the claim myself as I can't access the commentary, so I wasn't comfortable listing it. If someone can find it, then that'd be awesome
