I have a question if scarlet witch is clearly stated by the official book dr strange in the multiverse of madness that she is the most powerful being in the universe and with such supporting feats should she be upgraded to low2-c to surpass eternity or is this an old discussion that was not finalized until now she has been upgraded to H3-A having destroyed every darkhold in the multiverse, this should have helped her upgrade a bit, and also stated that she will one day have the power to destroy all of reality, and she so confident in her power that she can rules everything

The scan itself is gibberish and doesn't provide a solid basis for scaling. The upgrade to H3A was already arguably pretty controversial, especially considering the amplification effect of the Darkhold and the potential for scaling inconsistencies. That being said, suggesting a Low 2-C upgrade based on a scan that arguably uses flowery language and hyperbole, without clear supporting feats, doesn't seem possible.
