One thing that’s been on my mind is how the Ten Rings are capable of stopping infections, it’s a pretty interesting ability. Also, is that considered limited disease resistance or something similar?

Because kang tech > goofy ahh random virus or no

Yeah that checks out

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania writer Jeff Loveness did basically confirm a couple years back that the Ten Rings were intended connected to Kang's technology in some form (though as Loveness is no longer attached to the next Avengers movie, plus the shift away from Kang, this may or may not receive further elaboration in the future)
So let's just ignore that for now? I mean, as you said, Loveness isn't attached to the next Avengers movie and since Kang will be put aside or (according to the rumors) at best being briefly shown in the intro to get bodied by Doom, I don't think the Rings's origin is going to come up anyway. Or maybe they'll be connected to Doom's tech (yeah it's weird in terms of years but time is wanky in comics anyway) but that seems unlikely. Bottom line, I don't think we'll learn more about them

Yeah, if the topic of the origin of the Ten Rings gets brought up again, I assume there's a high chance that a non-Kang origin would be established.

If the topic doesn't come up again, then the vague Kang connection would be pretty much remain all we'd have to go off of, considering Kang having visually similar technology to the Ten Rings was still apparently an intentional detail that made it into Quantumania, even if most of the follow-up on the Kang story was abandoned.

Pretty much it’s even mentioned how thanos shut down nidavellir because he wanted to protect the gauntlet power and was scared they could take it away from him
Every time when someone tries to argue "Thanos was right", I ask them about Nidavellir.

Dude killed 299 dwarves, and only left Eitri alive. Yeah, Thanos was covering himself, but he completely broke his goal of murdering half the populations of worlds in favor of his own self-interest and protection (because he was doing the killing half a world's population before he got the gauntlet).

Ppl are funny, lol. Man ain't a hero or savior.

There are people who openly and seriously state Ra's al Ghul is right. Ra's al Ghul, aka the guy who wants to genocide 99% of the human population and who is at worst a genocidal maniac obsessed with immortality, abandoned one of his daughters and her family to the nazis because she dared to say no to him and is ready to use his own children and descendants as vessels to continue to live.

People in general are stupid.

I was bored so I made a sandbox about a location profile for the Dark Dimension, I found this vfx article that I don't know if would grant anything else:
How did you approach the Dark Dimension?
This was an amazing journey for us. It all started with original black light posters and artwork from Steve Ditko and an in depth brief by Stef and Scott. The original artwork was our guiding light. But to translate this trippy, rule breaking art from the 60s, it took every artist at Luma great care and love for this original work to take shape into multiple dimensions! It’s a landscape of crazy organisms, with immense detail trapped on floating landscapes, always moving, always changing.

We labored on every component, making rules, breaking them, making more rules, and then breaking them as well until we had something that would convey the danger of this world, and stay true to the original comic art. It was by far one of the most creative endeavors we’ve had the opportunity to partake in.

Can you explain in details about its creation?
Scott wanted to make sure that we stayed true to the comic book, and the original artwork. Both Stef and Scott were strong in their convictions to make a piece that felt like a physical place, something tangible in an intangible dimension.

The Luma team began exploring all sorts of naturally occurring flora, insects, rock, you name it – anything that had vibrant colors but felt real when viewed in context. This was our base line for much of the materials that became the many planetoids you see in the film. We worked on, and talked about a multitude of physics defying events and organisms as we wanted the Dark Dimension to be different than anything you’ve ever seen in a film. We mapped texture and materials which worked well together, and tested rock formations, different gases, you name it. Luma essentially created a huge library of new elements that all had some pseudo science we cooked up behind it to lend legitimacy. It was consuming, and a hell of a lot of fun at the same time. Our team is incredibly collaborative, and many, many of their ideas are on the screen now. Thanks to them!

The shield is composed of a unique alloy of steel and Vibranium. Studies by S.T.A.T.I.O.N. scientists have determined that Vibranium is a perfect sonoluminescent material—that is, it converts sound and other forms of vibrational energy into light. Materials scientists refer to quantized sound waves as "phonons," while a quantum of light is a "photon." The energy of an impact on Captain America's shield is thus converted from its normally destructive form into a benign form with the emission of photons. The steel is the other crucial component that makes it such a unique defensive and offensive weapon, as it gives it the strength and rigidity for when Captain America ricochets it from one target to another
Seems like Vibranium has a form of transmutation at the quantum level; turns sound and vibrational energy into photons, which is a quantum of light.

Another solid scan; the rooms in the Void are actually different dimensions
The team also contributed to the surreal sequence inside Bob's mind, where the characters step into a closet and emerge in a different dimension with Meth Chicken

Why don’t we scale namor above thanos in strength? Thanos sword is stronger then namor’s spear yet he could only chip away at vibranium why namor was doing it with ease the entire movie meaning he struggled to perform namor’s feats despite having a stronger weapon?

Like I don’t see why this was ignored namor is clearly stronger then thanos

Interestingly, some parts of the 2002 Raimi Spider-Man novel that I've found posted online seem to suggest that Green Goblin was hard carried by his armor.

At one point, it's suggested that a forceful blast of webbing from Spider-Man could've decapitated Goblin if not for his armor:

Towards the end of the final fight, a haymaker from Spidey nearly dislocates the Goblin's jaw, with only his armor preventing that:

Though this is is a little tricky to reconcile with No Way Home later having Norman withstand repeated blows to his exposed face from a bloodlusted MCU Spidey, unless we assume that Raimiverse Spidey is a bit stronger.

unless we assume that Raimiverse Spidey is a bit stronger.

That definitely wouldn't be the case based on other battles in NWH, such as Raimi Spidey vs. Lizard for example. It's made pretty clear that the Cinematic Spider-Men are all equal in strength and to suggest on is stronger than the other is really unreliable. Truth be told, I think the novelization is overblowing these "feats" for the sake of making Spidey sound impressive

Let's also remember that Raimi Goblin is slightly weaker than Raimi Spidey, TASM Spidey, and MCU Spidey due to Norman not having received the full dosage, unlike Harry Osborn AKA New Goblin. The difference is VERY minuscule, but it's worth taking into consideration

Overall, those statements from the novel are just nothing burgers

Yeah, No Way Home does seem to throw a wrench into the viability of those novel statements.

I had also heard that the Spider-Man 2 novel supposedly featured Spider-Man actually knocking out Doctor Octopus multiple times, with Ock getting immediately forced back into consciousness by his tentacles each time, though I was unable to find scans to verify its existence.
