Wait so Wanda survived this right

Does that mean

Or no
Another version of the zombies since a lot of the ones that were already killed off showed up in that episode (Steve's zombies not being split in two)

they did kate so dirty in the beginning omg 😭
Typical fair for cheap shock value, between the Injustice comics and the Ultimate universe, I've pretty much got desensitised to seeing comic characters dying in gruesome or embarrassing ways and it overall doesn't really matter since it's an alternative timeline/elseworld where anything goes regardless of consistency.

Also the fact the ending is basically all the major characters are dead, eaten or turned (except for Khamala and likely Riri) is a pretty hilarious cliffhanger tbh.

Overall a 6/10, a decent little series with some epic moments and fight scenes but between the predictable deaths, the Hulk becoming a plot device while Thor was a jobber (losing to zombie Thanos, zombie Wanda and Infinity Hulk plus spending 5 years in depression while the world rotted) and just being disconnected project that's part of phase 6 and isn't really a must watch, does knock it down a few (don't get it wrong not everything needs to be connected and I like you can watch Marvel Zombies in a vacuum without really needing to What if...? S1 but it's kinda just "there" and that's it).

5/10 for me honestly. Show was mid. Not great, not bad. The story was okay til the ending and the ending was kind of dumb as hell. The fact they were considering a season 2 to begin with made me know ahead of time they'd leave it open or have a cliffhanger ending and lo and behold here it was. There's like 3-4 guys you can argue are still alive (two of which only cause we didn't see them fully die) so they'd have to bring in other characters which is gonna be hard considering they went through basically everyone and either killed them or made them a zombie.

I mean I didn't expect everyone to survive, it's marvel zombies, and I didn't expect the writing to be good, it's marvel zombies. Basically about what I expected, a bunch of cheap deaths and jobbing from a bunch of characters to make the just okay and serviceable plot make sense.

Why the hell is Infinity Hulk wounded by clearly weaker characters? Infinity Ultron treated Captain Marvel as a toy and only got some brief scratches from her at worst and it's made clear that he let her attack her just screw with her but Hulk with the power of all the Stones can actually harmed by lower zombies and Zombie Thor?

MCU trying to hide their hate for Hulk

Injustice had the benefit of being one of the first to do that.

Sounds about right.

It felt good to see Ikaris be Carol's equal. Chloe Zhao thought of them as being comparable, so the force of nature fight was well worth 4 years of waiti ng. I would've liked to see the other Eternals and know if Ikaris took damaging from them, Carol, or elsewhere.

I'm loathing high mid-tier Kamala. I'll be chill if Quasar comes around and snatches it from her.

I wish the battle had lasted more than a few seconds though

I overall don't care about Kamala but I really start to get irritated this tendency to hype new heroes to the detriment of older powerful heroes. Like yeah, we get it, Kamala is popular and you want to promote her, no need to make her supremely powerful or one of the heavy hitters and showing her to be better than older, more experienced characters. It's like with Captain Carter and Strange Supreme

Did y’all see the watcher I wonder why he didn’t help with the zombies
Yo @darkphantom9805, what's the source of those images about Fantastic Four First Steps from? The ones talking about the neutron star accretion disk, Sue lifting the "biggest creature in the universe" and the Excelsior apparently having a particle acceleration system.

The source video could help with some scaling (it's likely from the Bluray additions, but I have my ways of finding some more stuff;))

director commentary there isn’t much interesting stuff tho I basically screenshotted anything involved with scaling

Probably the same reason why he didn't help with Strange Supreme and other stories up until Eminence and co captured him, he would only interfere if the zombies become a threat to the greater multiverse ala Infinity Ultron

Yeah but that changed after s3 where they all now help the multiverse

I'm interested in making a profile for teen Hela in What if? the immersive game, does anyone have informations about it and how we could scale her?

Can someone who is available take a look?

So who's getting a profile from MZ and What if? Was thinking about:

Zombie Wanda
Infinity Hulk
Post-Emergence Mysterio

I'm interested in making a profile for Teen Hela from the immersive game and Queen Hela

i put the stuff in a sandbox if anyone wants to make one for her but its like so chopped u can’r rlly make it look cute anymore

Am I the only one disappointed by Zombie Thanos? He was teased like hell in the What if? episode and the trailer but he's just relegated to flashbacks. This is such a waste of opportunity. Plus, would have been interesting to show him developping more sentience and skills with the Stones, especially since he starts actually showing some in instants during the fight. Like, imagine him raising his own army against Wanda's and the two of them competing to get all the Stones.

Probably has to do with Chadwick dying that the fight was so short

Namor's death scene and the fight scene before that literally contradict eachother 😭

Beyond Chadwick, it would have been cool to have Zombie Thanos as a more important character in the story. Same for Ikaris, dude was in the trailer and had a lot of potential and he was just a cameo. I was also excited by the idea of Thor being one of the only heroes left only for him to get turned into a zombie

Seriously, it's like the second and third season of What if? ; there's the potential, there are a lot of fun ideas and some are very well-done like Blade Knight, the possibilities are there to have fun and do something great. But it's rushed and for the most part meh.

No one is able to fight Namor yet they can suddenly restrain him when Kamala uhhh puts her hand in his mouth? Alright buddy. The bad writing stinks
It's the problem when you want to focus on "low level" characters and don't have a powerhouse in the group. Another reason as to why I think keeping Thor alive and not a zombie would have been a good thing

Namor died while being restrained by two people wielding power said to be Hulk level, and the one that could withstand and actually kill him fought alongside Captain Marvel against someone with her power level.

There’s no contradiction Namor charges at her bites her crystal arm they then have 5 rings on 1 arm and 4 on the other

There’s no bad writing here

Anyway the episode supports namor tier WoG said he was stronger then hulk and we see him break out of a hulk containment center hulk tiers are able to damage vibranium namor on screen can bust Jabari wood which is stated a dozen times to be vibranium tier
