Could Pre-Vibranium Ultron be able to scale to Quicksilver's High 8-C rating? Ultron didn't seem particularly damaged by Quicksilver rushing him beyond being staggered (1:23) and I can't really think of a reason why Quicksilver would've been holding back at this point.

I guess at some point a proper conclusion will need to get made on that, considering the calc is still on Quicksilver's profile.
Meanwhile, I'm trying to look through uncalced feats for the peak humans, but most of them seem like they'd get lower 9-B results or be tricky to calc. Probably both.

Vibranium, specifically Cap's Shield, is completely vibration absorbent, absorbs and reflects kinetic energy, and also resistant to extreme heat (Stated to be essential protection against flamethrowers).
What Powers & Abilities would all of this fall under, with the exception of Heat Resistance of course? And would this be applicable to other Pure Vibranium Metal Constructs?

I might try to add some new Powers & Abilities to Ultron and his Sentries.
Might even try to upgrade the Sentries' Energy Guns' AP to 8-C+ via being upgraded versions of Hydra's reverse engineered Chitauri energy guns or them being based on Iron Legionnaires thus being powered by Arc Reactors

Thor was weakened by dark energy that Odin used to transport him to Earth, and even then it was stated that Thor could truly destroy Iron Man if he wanted to

True, but Thor did grunt after being hit by a few punches so to me the gap was close enough to warrant the same tier rating (at most 6-B)
ok then, maybe not 2012 Iron Man. But Age of Ultron Stark could be 6-B since he did Survive the 6-B Sokovia explosion. You should also consider the fact that Tony always learns from his battles as we’ve seen before so maybe he could’ve built that suit in Age of Ultron for the sake of finding a way to defeat Thor in case he went rouge somehow by making his suit more durable to combat him and he’s already absorbed his lightning before so he could also use that to his advantage in that possible scenario
