MCU Phase 5 General Discussion Thread

Judging from this, his durability shouldn't be a serious 5-B
Either he’s weakened here or wenwu got an upgrade

Effortlessly catches Mjolnir thrown from hela

I am leaving the wiki for a while because I am tired and need a break. Just remember that, according to what was accepted in this revision, if in What if Season 2 Doctor Strange Supreme wont have anti-feats, him, the Watcher and Infinity Ultron can be upgraded to MFTL+. Remember to make a revision for that if there wont be any anti-feat.
That's all I wanted to say. I am out. Goodbye, at least for a while.

we'll see when the episode comes out. Also these probably won't scale to their mainline profiles anyways.

If it does end up upgrading the Ten Rings I don’t think there’s any anti feats that would keep them in Low 7-C, all of the advertising for Shang-Chi was hyping them up as one of the strongest weapons in the universe so it was only a matter of time before something like this would happen

Why is that worth congratulate?
Because the shit Star level MCU scaling was fixed. I expressed my opinion on that scaling in this post here:
So if we're voicing our thoughts on things we disagree with on MCU powerscaling, I think that the Star level scaling is a bit ridiculous. That feats is billions of times more powerful than anything else the characters in the MCU have ever shown, but ig we all forgot outliers are a thing and added it in anyways. A little while ago didn't we think that Large Country level was an outlier?

6-B pre-awakening and High 6-B/High 6-A Post-Awakening, awesome!
High 6-B/High 6-A pre & post-awakening, ehh, no thanks
Low 4-C pre & post-awakening, no

At the very least, pre-awakening characters should 100% not be Small Star level. If that was the case, why did loki need to use the bifrost when destroying Jotunheim? A single blast with Gungnir would've delt with that instantly. Why did ultron need to do his whole elaborate asteroid with a city plan when he could've just accidentally stepped a little too hard and wiped out all of life in an instant? Why did Tony need to weaken the core of Sokovia for Thor to destroy it? Is the city of Sokovia harder to destroy than a small star?

I really don't see how in the actual hell this got passed

Also how did Hulk scaling to Thanos get passed? Iron Spider could tank hits from Thanos without too much damage. Doc Oc could do more damage to the Iron Spider than Thanos did. Star level Raimi-Verse? All the Spider-Men are relative to each other. Star level Amazing Spider-Man duology? Totally makes sense seeing how Lizard got hurt by M16s and Spider-Man was bleeding after a shot from a police officers Glock 17. Star level firearms? I think I know my next CRT guys. There are just as ridiculous as the examples we have in the Power-scaling Rules for Marvel and DC comics.

We have outliers on this wiki for a reason, and at minimum this is a massive outlier for Pre-Awakened characters. It's also an outlier for Post-Awakened characters imo, but it's at least a little bit more understandable

If there's a CRT working on this could someone link it to me?

That statement from the MCU Timeline book saying anything that isn't mentioned/not made by Marvel Studios is an alternate universe definitely doesn't apply to Netflix Marvel with Hawkeye, She-Hulk and Echo both referencing and keeping continuity with Daredevil. (Also don't know if this is a hot take but I'm glad we're going to see Matt's Netflix red suit again, I know some people hate it but I've always liked it)

Including Agent of shield?
Agents of SHIELD I'd say is most likely non-canon or a branched timeline at this point. I think even the show runners clarified that after a certain season it splits off into its own continuity where Infinity War never happened. Maybe the seasons before that could've happened but I haven't watched them so I wouldn't know.

Because parts of AOS have Connections to Avengers 2012 and Age Of Ultron

AOS hasn't ever been acknowledged by any MCU projects like the Netflix shows have though so whether the seasons before it split off into its own continuity are canon is up in the air. I could see it being confirmed as a branched timeline someday.

What other speedsters are left to show up in the mcu
Quicksilver, The Runner, Whizzer, Speed Demon, Slingshot, Blur, Black Racer (Serpent Society), D-Man, Whiz Kid, Spitfire, Nonstop, Hermes and two recent Speedsters.
Erm... Buried Alien?
That's just a nod to Barry Allen. After his death in Crisis on Infinite Earths, where he ran himself to death here, instead of dying, he was transported to another reality which is Marvel Universe.
Why can’t we get like some mcu high tiers like Thor or someone else fighting catching and reacting to speedsters
MCU loves joking with Characters. Thor tagged Quicksilver in the Comics before, Hulk has a hobby of doing it.

It’s so annoying cause the last time we’ve seen a speedster fight the avengers was QS and they didn’t even make him that fast why couldn’t he at least be fox quicksilver speed

Does he scale to normal fox QS
No, and he isn't actually a variant. He actual name is Ralph Bohner. He is resident of Westview who was controlled by Agatha with dark magic.. Bohner possessed superhuman speed and acted as Pietro to get close to Wanda to try and extract information about how she had created the Hex. During the Battle of Westview, he kept Monica Rambeau hostage until she until she freed him from Agatha manipulations.

Yeah the year in jail was before he was cleared of 2 out of the 4 charges meaning he shouldn’t get anywhere near that sentence or no

I’m seeing a bunch of people say he won’t get jail time for the 2 charges he was guilty of but I don’t if it’s true or not
