What tier would it be to generate a storm of that size? I don't know how to calculate it and could be used as Environmental Destruction for the Abilisk.

The abilisk did that? When?

Also that alone is probably gonna be like tier 7 minimum from what I can see and likely tier 6 though I'm awful at scaling size to tiers so take that with a grain of salt though it is probably somewhere between tier 7 and 6

When we see the Sovereign planet for the first time the storm is in the exact area where the Guardians and the Annulax batteries are located. The Abilisk, when traveling between dimensions, creates a portal in the sky affecting the clouds. When they kill him, you can see how the clouds start to disperse and in the next scene (the time that passed isn't known but it was enough for Drax to clean the Abilisk's blood) we see how the storm and the clouds disappeared completely.
I don't think it was a coincidence that there was a storm in the same place and that it just disappeared when the Abilisk died.

Well then I could probably calculate it then. Shouldn't be that hard given we have a decently clear shot of it

The Abilisk: *is just a random monster killed at the beginning of the movie during a funny dance sequence
Also the Abilisk: *has a much better feat than the majority of the MCU

The troll is powerful here
and the feat scales only to the abilisk because it's an enviromental destruction feat which just enhances the troll
