I still find that to be earlier than I expected. Remember, Ross (a HUGE thunderbolts member) hasn't even turned into the red hulk yet. Idk, maybe she-hulk might pull something.

Sooo I'm going to spoiler tag this just in case but theory based off of some HQ version of the leaked images NWH found earlier
We see doc's tentacles are relatively normal here and exactly reminiscent of Spider-Man 2's design however here
We see they take on a new color and look, could the doc potentially have taken some of the nanomachines from peters Iron spider suit to upgrade his own perhaps?

Also there's just shit in the game that avengers was flat out lacking entirely even down to the environment interactivity you aren't just using each members abilities to fight they all have stuff they can do individually to get you through areas and help you explore out of combat.
