According to The Wakanda Files guidebook, Whiplash Mark 1 is stated to have an arc reactor half as effective as Tony Stark's first miniature arc reactor (3 GJ/sec), with stats on the page directly stating that Whiplash Mark 1 has an energy output of 1.49 GJ/sec (0.3561185468451243 tons, 8-C) according to benchmark evaluation tests. This would also indicate that Iron Man Mark 5 evidently traded a lot of power and durability in order to be more compact, given the struggle it had against Whiplash, and should warrant a separate key from Marks 2-4 scaling to this number.

EDIT: The movie itself shows the maximum output of the arc reactor according to Iron Man's HUD is 1.82 GJ/sec (0.4349904397705545 tons, 8-C), which is a little higher.

EDIT 2: The Art of Iron Man 2 also has a statement from Jon Favreau describing Iron Man Mark 5 as being not as strong compared to other suits:

His profile mark 2 to 5 is scaling of an official book saying he can output 8Gj/s right? I dont see how those are any more reliable than the one he already has.

1.49, 1.82, honestly not that big of a deal. They're so close to each other that there honestly wouldn't be any issue of listing them both to complement each other.
