According to the Marvel Studios Visual Dictionary, Iron Man Mark 1 can lift 900 lbs (408 kg) with it's arms, so it should be given a LS rating of Peak Human.
According to the Iron Man Manual, between the first two Iron Man movies, the Mark 4 is referenced to have demonstrated Sound Manipulation and Underwater Breathing, while the profile currently lists those abilities as only being present in the Mark 6 onwards. Helping land an airliner might also be a noteworthy supporting LS feat.
According to The Art of Iron Man 3, it's suggested that Iron Man's arc reactors by the time of Iron Man 3 have an energy output 1000 times greater than the triangle reactor of Mk. 6-7:
This would put Mark 8 to 45 armors at 2.8377 Megatons (Low 7-B)
It seems like this should apply to all these post-Avengers armors, considering that a missile that came from the Mark 9 obliterated a weakened Aldrich Killian, Mark 16 broke Killian's arm by punching his punch, Mark 33 cut off Killian's arm, and Mark 40 bullrushed Killian. The tie-in app, JARVIS: A Second Screen Experience has increases in power pointed out as far back as the Mark 8, which is also stated in the Iron Man Manual:
I'm not sure this would scale to Electro's arc reactor, and it shouldn't scale to War Machine Mark 2, which was built pre-Avengers, though War Machine Mark 3 (and Civil War Giant-Man by extension) could probably scale.

According to the Phase Three: Marvel's Captain America: Civil War junior novel, the Iron Man Mark 46 armor's unibeam blast used to vaporize Bucky's bionic arm was stated to be ten times more powerful than a regular repulsor blast, which should upgrade the unibeam to 12.32 tons, 8-B:
Whiplash Mark 2 should have a flight speed of Subsonic specified on his profile, as that is the limit of his flight capabilities established in the Iron Man Manual:
