MCU Ghost Rider Regenerationn Negation?

I'm not sure if this falls under his soul burning or not, but Aida from AoS has Mid-Low Regen:

When Robbie hit her with his Hellfire chain, she wasn't able to regenerate her wound. I think citing Regenerationn Negation in addation to the soul burning is better, because as of now on his wiki, it sounds like a NLF.
