• Reconstruction (Repaired a broken plate and a destroyed room and walls)

• Smoke Manipulation (Can conjure red smoke)
• Cloth Manipulation (Can change clothes)

Most everything here works pretty well and I agree with most of it, though I have to ask, isn't summoning rain actually Weather Manipulation?

It could be but we don't see Scarlet Witch create or control any clouds, the rain just appears spontaneously

I mean, Scarlet Witch can warp reality and create things out of nothing, she doesn't qualify within the usual, for Weather Manipulation this could be used
