No, you can see here yourself (2:41) that Ancient One herself mentioned that their universe is only one out of infinite numbers.

Before the events of Loki only a single timeline exists so all of infinities universes that the ancient one mentioned are bound to be a part of that

I don't think so, the multiversal war must have happen somewhere after Dr. Strange movie because after He Who Remains death, it's implied that another multiversal war broke out and another Kang variant won that war and took over TVA pretty quickly just after Loki get send into the portal.

Time period is irrelevant the multiverse war started in 31st century so the sacred timeline and other changes by he who remains clearly affected past, future and present
 
My head-canon:

Baseline 2-A (Introduced in Doctor Strange with infinite dimensions) < 2-A branch worlds (Introduced in Loki with the multiversal war with infinite timelines) < Countless 2-A structures (Introduced in What it...? with each decision creating infinite realities and in Strange Supreme's reality there were two timelines) < The Watcher's domain (Observes the endlessly expanding multiverse).

Note each individual universe has it's own Quantum realm, a Mirror dimension, Soul stone dimension and Ta Lo.

Other places of note (That fit into the cosmology):
*Dark Dimension
*TVA
*The End of Time/The Void
*He Who Remains' citadel.
*Possibly the Dream World (With the hints of Nightmare)
*Possibly the Chaos Dimension (With the hints Shuma Gorath)
*And any pocket dimension.

Conclusion: I believe each MCU universe is a 2-A struture and with Phase 4 underway I believe the MCM structure will (at bare minimum) be stupidly high into 2-A or Low 1-C if Loki S2 treats the sacred timeline as a hyper-timeline/higher flow of time.

EDiT: This would potentially make Earth-199999 a 2-A possibly Low 1-C structure (Essentially the same as Earth-616).

Don't forget as well that Ta Lo also exist within each universe in it's own seperate realm that's I believe stated to be it's own universe

I agree with everything thing expect for the tva I’m pretty sure there’s only one in the multivrese
 
Something we already know now but Celestial are stated multiple times to be the "creators of existence" which makes them flatout 2-A and that's all we really needed from Eternals was the Celestial hierarchy so we can start making some headway here and start structuring this

How do we know "existence" isn't referring to a single space time instead of the creators of the larger scale cosmology? Is the creators of existence statement coming from a person with knowledge of the alternate dimensions/universes/timelines?

It's coming from Marvel themselves as well as the Eternals in what are actual info videos for the Eternals. Literally in the text in each one of the informational videos provided by marvel they all state Celestials are "the architects of existence"
