Crap I forgot about the multiversal war
here we go both the explanations, these don't need as much of our own explanation since these are pretty info heavy

Crap I forgot about the multiversal war
Yep and either before the infinity stones stuff too since or before the nine realms and other dimensions since this is equally as important as the infinity as stonesOk so then this should atleast be put before the dark elf stuff in the timeline technically
Nah still after the infinity stones since they predate the universe and thus time and spaceYep and either before the infinity stones stuff too since or before the nine realms and other dimensions
That's fair I agree to that so well just do this after the infinity stones and the creation of the universe initially(important to note the multiverse still always existed here and it just wasn't connected by kang/he who remains)Nah still after the infinity stones since they predate the universe and thus time and space
After which we can explain the fate of jotinheim in Thor 1 as well as that of the dark elves in thor 2 those can be a bit more brief lastly leading to Ragnarok from which we can move on from the nine realms entirelyOk so now that we are back on track let’s countine with the long history of the nine realms
During Odins conquering days he aquired many powerfully items and artifacts and defeated the mighty Surtur and took his eternal flame. But eventually after growing older and wiser he became less blood thirsty and put his conquering days behind him. But his first born child, Hela did not agree with this and went agianst her father and so the king of Asgard sent his Valkyrie’s agianst her but they were all killed expect for one who would run and hide and never show her face to asgard for thousands of years to come. This forced the AllFather to seal his daughter away.
Technically no, we still have to talk about stuff on Midgard like the eternals, the 10 rings, hydra, cap and etcAfter which we can explain the fate of jotinheim in Thor 1 as well as that of the dark elves in thor 2 those can be a bit more brief lastly leading to Ragnarok from which we can move on from the nine realms entirely
That we’ll be for much laterOne choice can branch infinite timelines
Hydra and cap don't really have any bearing on the actual cosmology of the MCU I don't see why we'd mention them but you're right we'd technically still be talking about the eternals and 10 rings as well as the sorcerer's but aside from that there's not much on earth that effects the structure of the universe or interacts with reality as a whole. I was meaning to say we'll be done with the 9 realms as in saying the Asgard chapter of it will be concluded which connect's to rest of the realms and their fate in some wayTechnically no, we still have to talk about stuff on Midgard like the eternals, the 10 rings, hydra, cap and etc
I thought we were talking about almost all of the history? Your also forgetting a purple individual. No not everything that's unnecessary for a cosmology blog I meant the necessary history for what things we need to talk about in the cosmology and the nine realms was important for us to go through as we are because they're integral to the cosmology and the structure of said realms has changed since their start (for things like that is why I said the cosmology and history is intertwined, we don't need the full history of everything just for the important things that intersect with said cosmology)I thought we were talking about almost all of the history? Ok fair enoughNo not everything that's unnecessary for a cosmology blog I meant the necessary history for what things we need to talk about in the cosmology and the nine realms was important for us to go through as we are because they're integral to the cosmology and the structure of said realms has changed since their start (for things like that is why I said the cosmology and history is intertwined, we don't need the full history of everything just for the important things that intersect with said cosmology)
we'll talk about Thanos with gauntlet that's necessary but it wouldn't be long since we'll mostly be talking about the stones abilities and the aspects of the universe they represent along with their power in the completed gauntlet.
Maybe but that's why this is a slow burn because the cosmic scale is ever growing in the current MCU and yeah that's a necessary thing to mention as well as the whole absolute point conceptOk fair enough
maybe, the eternals might shine some more light on the mad titan plus he did force the avengers to time travel and inadvertently freeing the multivrese from kang
TrueMaybe but that's why this is a slow burn because the cosmic scale is ever growing in the current MCU and yeah that's a necessary thing to mention as well as the whole absolute point concept
The quantum realm is also one of the last big cosmology point we need to hit
Not really no and we know enough to mention some big thinks like that the quantum realm behaves different than our than the larger physical world and that the same physics don't apply and that the avengers have used it to time travelShould we include Agatha?
NiceFound this.
Yeah we're really just waiting on the eternals so we get the celestials fitted within the cosmology and tieredHopefully this thread will become more active when "What it if...?" finishes.
Bumping this. The need for an established mcu cosmology is a lot bigger now that we have Loki and What If. Hopefully this thread can start getting a lot more attention.
Yessir and it needs to make it's return3-A Thanos is epic
Because Vision is dumdumWhy didn't Vision do the Mind Stone feat in Infinity War smh
