MCU: 3-B Celestials

As discussed in this thread, the MCU Celestials' 3-C ratings are invalid due to those being just a lot of guesswork and are not backed up with calcs.

So I made this calc, and there are the following:

• 2 3-B ratings (one for size, other for Sun creation).
• Universal LS due to them being able to hold and move those Suns
• An actual MFTL+ rating

No idea on what scales to those, so that's up for the suppoters.
