Well, Spongebob has elasticity and body control, so he can likely still write on it if he tries hard enought.
 
Still it is a 2-C attack to his Dura and knowing massive intelligence gap Rictofen will know that the Sponge has a 2-C weapon and will do everything to prvent him from using it
 
Spongebob isn´t going to talk about his 2-C weapon unless asked, and it´s likely that the description he would give would be considered as ridiculous, granting Spongebob a chance to use it even more, after all, the magic page seems from a normal point of view as an old piece of paper.
 
Ye, but he uses his weapons more and is already in a pretty violent state. Though eh, the result would probably be the same.
