Roshi wins easily, mismatch.

Roshi is a lot stronger, so he wins
I'm not sure yet exactly I'd call it a mismatch as of yet, but I'll at least say the Predator should give Roshi a fight. I would like know more of what Roshi is also capable of other than that he once before demolished the moon in his Max Power form... Then we've got to consider the weapons of the Predator might be able to do to Roshi. First, I'd like to show y'all several of the top strength feats for Yautja:

Lifting gatesee
lifting massive LOCKED maximum security gates with only some difficulty

Db6477eab7dedb490a-5
ripping through modern tank armor with ease

Punch then flipping over a careening military truck which also carried 5 men along with supplies. A nice dent is even left behind as a result of the punch from the Hunter.

"They had careened through yet another curve in the road when Nikolai saw Marikova's eyes widen and she shouted at him, at them "There's something out there! Stop now!" Rath glanced back at her with an expression that Nikolai interpreted as pity or disgust--and gunned the engine. Something shimmering and heavy hit Nikolai's side of the truck with a force that cracked metal, and in that split second before the truck overturned and they all went spilling out onto the ground, onto the road, Nikolai felt something right beside his head, something that made a growling-clicking sound that made him scream, and behind it the sensation of great weight and the smell like rotting meat so that he steeled himself for a blow, but no blow came, just the delicate scrape of a clawed hand across his face, receding as the changed momentum of the truck and his own inertia carried him away from the creature." -Cold War

didn't a higher than average predator fight a Yakuza dude with a sword and it ended in a tie?

are those movies canon?

You mean in that atrocity of that Predators movie? Yes, that did happen, but those Predators were actually an inferior subspecies of Yautja who developed a false image of superiority to the original Yautja race and there's quite a bit of evidence to prove that... In addition, Predators had been stated by the creator of the film that he never intended for his film to fit in with the canon of the other Predator films. He even stated that his film was supposed to be an attempt to reboot the franchise and to be separated from the original franchise's canon, but he failed. Nevertheless, the Predator that you are referring to who fought the Yakuza was merely toying and fell for his pride against the Yakuza.

you do know how much force is required to a city right? Its not literally over 9000 times the amount it takes to rip a tank...
