Going with with Master Chief since he has the better experience, training, superior marksman and a better fighter. He is also quite more intelligent and also the AP advantage gives the edge.

This is a stomp btw. 76 wouldn't be able to do anything to hurt Master Chief

He has Infinite abilities with no cooldown (Except Tac. Visor), the difference in tier isn´t that big.

But If people agree I can add a Healer (For 76) for good mesure.
